Hey, I hope and believe that you are having an A+ day and keeping yourself up healthy and safe. I know there's a lot happening around us (majority of which is the bad stuff) but you know what's worse than that? Not keeping well with our inner self. Just a spoiler, Humari filmo ki tarah humari zindagi mein bhi end tak sab theek ho hi jata hai. Or agar abhi kuch theek nhi ho rha hai to, Remember Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost. The outside turbulence is never in our control but what actually is in our control is the way we treat ourselves so that atleast we are calm, contented and patient enough to deal with the uncontrollable stuff happening around us. Here are 15 things you must say to yourself every single day: 1. I will never take myself for granted. Instead I will take myself with gratitude. 2. I am not required to impress anyone with my life choices. 3. I will not fight with myself. I will rather fight for myself. 4. It's okay to si...

The tragic and untimely death of Sushant has left the nation devastated.
After this incident, the first thing to notice was, a person gets appreciation and acknowledgement when he is no more.
"Dead people receive more flowers than the living ones because regret is stronger than gratitude"
- Anne Frank
The appreciation which he deserved and should have got earlier, is now being given to him when he is not even there to listen all the praises.
What was meant, has happened. The situation is never in our control, but how to deal with a situation is definitely in our control. We don't want people to reach to the level where giving up and suicide looks way more easier rather than to live.
Lessons, the sooner you understand, the better :
#1. Please start appreciating people around you even for their smallest efforts, we have no idea what they are going through behind the closed doors. Our little contribution can uplift them, can make their day and can boost their self-confidence.
#2. You have to fight your battles alone (few individuals will help some times but not always).
#3. There are very few genuine people out there. People do wear masks and love to flaunt it.
There is much more to selfishness and inhuman nature than you can ever imagine.
#4. When someone asks for help, listen to them. Be there for them.
Sometimes, they don't want someone to lighten their darkness but someone to share their darkness.
#5.Don't preach about mental illness if you don't take it seriously.
#6. Instagram posts, Whatsapp status, and forwarded numbers are meaningless if you can't be there for them who actually need you.
#7. Don't use the term 'depression' for your casual bad or upset mood.
Understand, depression and sadness are two different things.
Depression is not a fancy term to brag about. It's way too big and hard for those who go through this every single day. This incident showed how dark it can get.
#8. Prepare yourself for the worst situations.
#9. Don't show your casual attitude towards people's problem and avoid saying - "don't over react", "get over it", "it's just a phase", "don't cry like a baby". At this stage, they need your support, and not your mockery.
#10. If you are also suffering from inside, seek for help, first, start approaching to the closest ones(whom you are comfortable with).Communication is the key.
#11. Each one of us had/have faced favoritism, and it hurts like hell. If you are being ignored, even though you deserve it, just don't stick to it. You deserve much better opportunities, let go of things that aren't meant for you.
#12. Start enjoying life, the sooner, the better.
Be satisfied with what you are and what you have achieved so far.
#13. Learn from your mistakes and from other's as well.
#14. Don't take things and words personally.
#15. Before taking any step, think of your parents, what will they have to go through as a result of your step.
#16. Don't expect too much from life and people. Expectations always hurt.
#17. Money is not everything. Even after you have all the wealth, but if you are not stable mentally, all the wealth is in vain.
#18. Stop complaining about the troubles you have. Instead be grateful for the troubles you don't have.
#19. Smiling doesn't always mean they are happy. You will never know what someone is battling through behind their smile. Maybe they feel, smiling is easier than sharing what they are actually suffering through.
QUICK CHECKS:
1. Ask yourself, how many times you really had asked your closest ones "how they are doing" and really cared to know their response.
2. If anybody reaches out to you and discuss their issues, what you do - you listen to their problems? or you just mock them away with your casual and non-supportive behavior?
3. Do you appreciate those people who have contributed their smallest efforts to make your life a little better or you say - did I ask for it?
4. Are you satisfied with what you have or complain for what you don't have ?
5. Do you pat your back when you survive your toughest days without giving up or you blame the situation instead ?
6. Do you remember God only in your hard times or you feel grateful to Him even in your best of days ?
"If you never thank God for every smile, then you have no right to blame Him for every tear."
All you need to do is Believe in yourself and make others believe that they are not alone, you are there for them.
Suicide should neither be an option nor a choice.
